VIRTUAL REALITY VR BOOTH FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will it take for me to receive my Virtual Reality Booth?
Each booth is made to order so delivery times are around two to three weeks. For bespoke designs and configurations timelines will be agreed at the completion of the design stage.
How do I register a Steam account?

Do you offer training?
Yes we offer a one day training session where you will learn how to operate the equipment and assemble the booth.
How long does it take to assemble?
You should expect 30-60 mins assembly time depending on how often you have put the equipment together, like most things practice makes perfect.
How much space do I need?
Space required depends on the activity, but if you are planning on a game where people move around the minimum play space is 2m x 1.6m with 2.5m x 2m being optimal. For a seated or stationary 360˚ experience the space required is much smaller.
Do I need a PAT certificate?
As the equipment you will receive is new it will still be in the manufacturer’s boxes. The HSE (Health and Safety Executive) outlines the procedure for new equipment on their site: “New equipment should be supplied in a safe condition and not require a formal portable appliance inspection or test. However, a simple visual check is recommended to verify the item is not damaged.”. Please be aware that some venues do require a PAT test certificate for all electrical equipment.
Is there a Warranty?
Our Booths come with a twelve month warranty, the electronic equipment is inline with the manufacturer’s warranty. Where the booths are bespoke there may be some components of the build not covered by the warranty but this will be clarified before the order is finalised.
